为寻找在番茄离体培养中替代ZT的激素,本试验比较了6-BA不同质量浓度组合对'中蔬五号'、'中蔬六号'和'黄色圣依'番茄愈伤组织的诱导及分化作用.结果表明:6-BA在1.0~3.0 mg/L范围内均可诱导愈伤组织的形成,以 6-BA 3.0 mg/L最佳.番茄品种'中蔬六号'出愈率及不定芽诱导率较高,其不定芽诱导率为76%以上.适时降低分化培养中基6-BA的浓度(0.5 mg/L),有利于愈伤组织正常不定芽的形成.

위심조재번가리체배양중체대ZT적격소,본시험비교료6-BA불동질량농도조합대'중소오호'、'중소륙호'화'황색골의'번가유상조직적유도급분화작용.결과표명:6-BA재1.0~3.0 mg/L범위내균가유도유상조직적형성,이 6-BA 3.0 mg/L최가.번가품충'중소륙호'출유솔급불정아유도솔교고,기불정아유도솔위76%이상.괄시강저분화배양중기6-BA적농도(0.5 mg/L),유리우유상조직정상불정아적형성.
In order to search for the optimal hormone which alternate ZT in tomato cultured in vitro, the effects of media with different 6-BA concentrations on tomato varieties (' zhongshu5',' zhongahu6' and ' huangseshengyi') callus inducing, shoot differentiation were compared in the experiment. The results showed that callus could be induced in the media with 6-BA concentrations from 1. 0 mg/L to 3. 0 mg/L. The best medium was MS+NAA 0. 05 mg/ L+6-BA 3. 0 mg/L, in which callus grew fast and many embryo callas were produced, the best shoot regeneration tomato varieties was ' zhongshu6' that regenerated shoot rate was more than 76%. It is necessary to decrease the 6-BA concentrations in time(down to 0. 5 mg/L)for shoot grew normally.
