通过在锶铁氧体预烧料制备过程中分别加入PAAS和A-30分散剂,考察了添加分散剂对砂磨料浆黏度、砂磨粒径和砂磨时间的影响,并对制得的预烧料样品进行了磁性能测试和x射线衍射(XRD)分析.结果表明,分别添加了O.6%的分散剂PAAS和0.8%的分散剂A-30后,保持未添加分散剂的浆料黏度,砂磨后的料浆浓度由45%提高至60%;保持相同的粒径,砂磨时间缩短了3h;两种分散剂的加入,对锶铁氧体预烧料的磁性能与结晶结构均无不良影响.两种分散剂的分散效果良好,节能降耗、降低生产成本作用明显.

. By adding PAAS or A-30 dispersants to the ingredients of strontium ferrite, the effects of them on the sand milling parameters were studied, including viscosity, particle size and time. Meanwhile, magnetic properties test and XRD analysis were carried out on the samples. The results showed that the concentration of slurry can be inreased from 45 percents to 60 percents for the unchanged viscosity and the sand milling time can be shorten to 3h for the unchanged particle size by adding 0.6 percent PAAS or 0.8 percent A-30, respectively. And the two dispersants have no influence on the magnetic properties and crystal structure of strontium ferrite. The good dispersion of the two dispersants contributes to the reduction of energy consumption and production cost obviously.
