将蕉斑镰刀菌32-6菌株的分生孢子液接种到空心莲子草叶片上表面,在扫描电镜和透射电镜下观察了蕉斑镰刀菌32-6菌株分生孢子的萌发、侵染过程以及对叶片细胞的作用.结果表明,空心莲子草叶片上的气孔是该菌的主要侵入途径之一.该菌可以通过破坏空心莲子草叶绿体而致病.
將蕉斑鐮刀菌32-6菌株的分生孢子液接種到空心蓮子草葉片上錶麵,在掃描電鏡和透射電鏡下觀察瞭蕉斑鐮刀菌32-6菌株分生孢子的萌髮、侵染過程以及對葉片細胞的作用.結果錶明,空心蓮子草葉片上的氣孔是該菌的主要侵入途徑之一.該菌可以通過破壞空心蓮子草葉綠體而緻病.

Scanning electron microscope(SEM) and transmission electron microscope(TEM)were employed to ob-serve the spore germination,infection process and effect on leaf blade cell of Alternanthera philoxeroides infested by the conidia of Fusarium stoveri isolate 32-6.The result indicated that the leaf stoma of Alternanthera philoxeroides was one of the main infection gate of the conidial infection of Fusarium stoveri isolate 32-6,and moreover,the pathogenicity of Fusarium stoveri isolate 32-6 could be developed through damage to the chloroplast of Alternanthera philoxeroides.
