如何实现语文课堂教学的实效,目前已成为语文教师亟需解决的问题。结合教学实践反思后笔者认为要实现语文课堂的实效,教师就应真正还位于学生：教师必须有明确的＂学生意识＂;教师必须把课堂时间还给学生;教师还应当摆正自己的位置。要实现语文课堂的实效,教师必须精心选择教学策略：学生涵泳文本,是实现语文课堂实效的基础;学生之间充分的对话,是实现语文课堂实效的关键;师生之间平等的交流,是实现语文课堂实效的保证。

It is urgent for the teachers of Chinese to make the classroom instruction of Chinese practical.To achieve it,firstly,the teachers must be aware of the roles the students play in class that they are the main body and they have to be given the time to be involved in the teaching activities in class,and at the same time,the teachers have to know clearly about their own parts in class.Secondly,the teachers must be meticulous in choosing the teaching strategies they use in class： it is the foundation to make the classroom instruction of Chinese produce practical effects that the students must participate in the teaching and studying in class;it is the key to achieve it that the students must communicate about the learning contents with each other fully and it is the guarantee to achieve the goal that the teachers and the students must work together in the teaching and studying in class.
