大学生是国家发展和民族振兴的宝贵的人才资源,高校对大学生的培养至关重要。通过研究高校教师批评要素与大学生被批评后的效果,在此基础上提出命题假设、进行实证研究的理论解释,并对高校教师批评行为提出四条相应的策略性建议:教师应树立公平尊重的批评观念;教师批评重在引导;教师需要注重批评反馈,构建高效反馈系统;构建高校师生交流平台。
