目的探讨对外伤性截瘫患者运用整体护理评估技术对其疗效的评价.方法对我院于2003年2月到2007年2月收治的外伤性截瘫患者64例,随机分为两组.对观察组患者从入院后及时开始阶段性的整体护理评估技术,针对评估收集的信息,对护理措施进行动态的调整及实施;对照组运用传统的观察及护理方法.结果观察组(实施阶段性的整体护理评估技术组)患者康复有效率明显优予对照组(传统护理组)(P<0.05),并发症明显低于传统护理组(P<0.05).结论实施阶段性的整体护理评估技术,针对评估收集的信息,对护理措施进行动态的调整及实施能有效促进外伤性截瘫患者的康复,降低并发症,减少致残率,提高生活质量.

Objective Discussion of traumatic paraplegia patients with the use of technology to assess the overall care of their role in promoting effects.
