介绍了一种采用臭氧处理的渔获物船舱保鲜装置的结构组成、工作过程与操作控制、操作使用有关参数要求及其在无制冷设备的渔船舱储加冰保鲜渔获物杀菌保鲜上的应用.使用该装置,舱储加冰保鲜渔获物的保鲜期可由原来的7~12天延长到13~15天,且能抑制硫化氢的产生,也不存在二次污染.保证了食品安全和生产作业安全,在渔船上有较广泛的适用性和很好的实效性.
介紹瞭一種採用臭氧處理的漁穫物船艙保鮮裝置的結構組成、工作過程與操作控製、操作使用有關參數要求及其在無製冷設備的漁船艙儲加冰保鮮漁穫物殺菌保鮮上的應用.使用該裝置,艙儲加冰保鮮漁穫物的保鮮期可由原來的7~12天延長到13~15天,且能抑製硫化氫的產生,也不存在二次汙染.保證瞭食品安全和生產作業安全,在漁船上有較廣汎的適用性和很好的實效性.

This paper gives a description about the cabin preservation device of catches based on ozone technologies such as the composition,the working process and operation control, the requirement of the parameters during operation as well as itsapplication on the sterilization and preservation of catches stored in ice fishing cabin without refrigeration equipment.The use of the device enables the preservation period of catches with ice cabin storage to last longer,from 7 to 12 days to 13~15 days,and can also inhibit the generation of hydrogen sulfide without secondary pollution,ensuring food safety and production operation security,which has a wider range of applicability and good effectiveness in the fishing boats.
