[目的]优化低聚木糖液脱色的工艺条件.[方法]研究4种树脂和活性炭对低聚木糖溶液的脱色效果,并比较其中较好吸附剂的吸附等温线.[结果]结果表明,LSA-8型树脂和活性炭对低聚木糖液脱色效果较好;且对糖液色素的吸附符合Freundlich吸附等温方程.通过对脱色的各工艺条件的考察,得到LSA-8树脂对低聚木糖液脱色的优化工艺条件:温度为70 ℃、pH值为6、脱色时间为2 h时,脱色率为92.35%,糖损失率为26.61%.[结论]该研究结果为选择较好的脱色吸附剂提供理路指导.

[Objective]The purpose of this research was to optimize technics conditions of decolorizing of xylooligosaccharides.[Method] The effects of 4 types resin and activated carbon on decolorizing of xylooligosaccharides solution were investigated,and the absorptione quations of the better adsorbents were compared.[Result] The results showed that the resin LSA-8 and activated carbon performed better; the absorption of coloring maters in xylooligosaccharides solution to these adsorbents accorded with Freundlich absorption equation.Through the research of the process conditions on decolorizing ,the optimum condition for decolorizing of xylooligosaccharides solution with the resin LSA-8 was 70 ℃,pH value 6,time 2 h,92.35% of the coloring maters was removed and 26.61% of sugars was lost.[Conclusion]The study will provide the theoretical guidance for selecting decoloration absorbent.
