设计了一种实验转台测试系统,主要用于在实验室环境下验证石油钻井旋转导向工具可行性并测试其性能参数.提出了总体方案,设计并完成了系统的关键组成部分:两轴手动转台、合力测试仪、惯性测量模块、信号处理系统,完成了计算参数和姿态误差角测试实验.实验结果表明,所设计的各部分工作正常,满足系统的总体要求.这为将来石油钻井导向工具的井下实验打下很好的基础.
設計瞭一種實驗轉檯測試繫統,主要用于在實驗室環境下驗證石油鑽井鏇轉導嚮工具可行性併測試其性能參數.提齣瞭總體方案,設計併完成瞭繫統的關鍵組成部分:兩軸手動轉檯、閤力測試儀、慣性測量模塊、信號處理繫統,完成瞭計算參數和姿態誤差角測試實驗.實驗結果錶明,所設計的各部分工作正常,滿足繫統的總體要求.這為將來石油鑽井導嚮工具的井下實驗打下很好的基礎.

A testing system for experimental rotary table is designed, which is used to verify the feasibility of rotary steerable tool for petroleum drilling and test its performance parameters in the laboratory environment. The paper puts forward the overall plan, designs the key components of the system (the two-axis manual rotary table, resultant force tester, inertial measurement module, signal processing system), completes the calibration experiments of calculation parameters and attitude error angles. The experiment results show that the various system parts work normally, and meet the general requirements of the system. This lays a sound foundation for the underground experiment of rotary steerable tool for petroleum drilling in future.
