本文介绍了电控喷油器的要求、目前国内生产使用的高速电磁阀存在的不足,提出新2D喷油器的设计思路:利用控制阀芯的轴向位移,改变喷油量;利用控制阀芯的旋转运动,改变喷油时刻.通过数学模型建立和MATLAB仿真分析,喷油器的响应性大为改善,实现理想的喷油率形状.

This article introduces the requirements of electronically controlled fuel injector and the shortage of the high-speed electromagnetic valve used in the homeland now and suggests the design philosophy of new 2D injector on diesel engine with common rail fuel injection system. Through axial movement of the controlling valve, the amount of gush of oil is changed. Through the revolution movement of the controlling valve, the time of injecting fuel is changed. Through the establishment of mathematical models and simulation of MATLAB, the responsibility of injector is extremely improved and ideal injection rate shape is gained.
