通过彭水水电站大坝工程碾压混凝土现场工艺生产性试验,对拌和工艺、碾压工艺、层面处理技术措施、变态混凝土施工工艺等进行了试验研究,经机口取样、钻孔取芯、压水试验和原位抗剪试验,验证了室内试验选定的碾压混凝土配合比的可碾性和合理性,确定了合适的施工工艺,为工程施工提供了依据.
通過彭水水電站大壩工程碾壓混凝土現場工藝生產性試驗,對拌和工藝、碾壓工藝、層麵處理技術措施、變態混凝土施工工藝等進行瞭試驗研究,經機口取樣、鑽孔取芯、壓水試驗和原位抗剪試驗,驗證瞭室內試驗選定的碾壓混凝土配閤比的可碾性和閤理性,確定瞭閤適的施工工藝,為工程施工提供瞭依據.

As far as the RCC dam construction of Pengshui Hydropower Station concerned some problems,an experimental research on mixing technology,roller compaction technology,layer surface treatment and construction technology of GEV-RCC was performed. Through specimens taken from a mixing plant,core boring and water pressure tests and field shear tests,the rollability and rationality of the mix proportion of concrete selected through laboratory tests were validated and suitable construction technology was determined. The test results provided a basis for project construction.
