目的 探讨早期培训新护士管理意识的方法和效果.方法 将15名新护士在多种考评方法中分两组进行考评,分析其效果.结果 两组新护士在思考题阶段与结业考核成绩的比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);在综合素质问卷测评中早期培训组自评与老师评价得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组两种评价差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各项受奖的比例早期培训组均高于对照组.结论 良好的教学方法和有效考评标准为新护士管理意识的培训奠定了坚实的基础;早期接受管理意识的培训,能够形成良好思维模式.

Objective To explore the method of early training of management awareness for new nurses. Methods 15 new nurses enrolled into the study, who randomly assigned into control group and experimental group , were evaluated by different criteria separately. Results By self-comparison, there were statistical differences between the two groups concerning thinking stages and scores of graduation examination (P <0. 05), there were differences in evaluation of the overall quality of the questionnaire in the control group (P < 0.05), however, no difference in the experimental group (P > 0.05), and excellent proportion of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group. Conclusions Good teaching methods and effective evaluation criteria lay a solid foundation for new nurses' training of management awareness; and early acceptance of management awareness can form a good mode of thinking.
