目的 了解云南某三级甲等医院护士开展科研状况及制约因素,为制定促进临床护理科研措施提供科学依据.方法 自行设计调查表(包括开展科研现状、对科研的态度、存在困难及对科研相关知识的需求等),对全院临床一线700名护理人员集中进行问卷调查.结果 调查表回收率、有效率均为97.43%.不同年龄、教育程度和职称的护士开展科研的情况存在统计学显著差异(P<0.01或P<0.05);68.0%(464/682)的护士愿意参加科研,但不同年龄、教育程度和职称护士参与科研的动力不同;制约护士开展科研的前3位因素为工作压力大,没有时间作科研(C7)、选题困难(C3)、不了解国内外学科发展情况(C2).结论 针对不同特征的护士,强化护理科研培训、管理和改善护理科研的基础条件是促进护士开展科研的关键.

Objective To observe the situation and constraint factors of nurses' scientific researches in third - grade hospital of Yunnan province and to provide the evidence to promote the nurses' scientific researches. Methods There were 700 clinical nurses in our hospital to be investigated by self - made questionnaire in four aspects including current situation, significance & willingness, difficulties and preconditions of scientific researches. Results The response rate and effective rate of the questionnaire were both 97.43%. There were statistical significant differences among scientific research situations of nurses classified by age, education background or titles ( P < 0. 01 or P<0.05).68.0% (464/682) of the nurses were willing to do the scientific research, but their motivations were different. The most impor tant constraint factors of nurses'scientific researches were heavy working pressure and lacking of time ( C7 ), followed by difficulties in selecting subjects (C3) and lacking the knowledge of international nursing research (C2) . Conclusions To strengthen the nursing research training, manage and improve the basic conditions of nursing scientific research are the keys to promote the current scientific research situations of nurses.
