目的 观察不同浓度依地酸二钠(EDTA)预防大肠杆菌诱发小鼠急性细菌性膀胱炎的作用.方法 将96只昆明小鼠,随机分成4组,即EDTA-1、3、5、7组;建立急性细菌性膀胱炎模型,研究膀胱黏膜上皮细胞破坏程度和炎性因子白细胞介素(IL)-6和粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)表达水平.结果 不同浓度组比较,磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)组、0.2mmol/L EDTA组、1.0mmol/L EDTA组、5.0 mmol/L EDTA组膀胱黏膜上皮细胞破坏程度依次减轻且炎性因子水平逐渐降低,5.0 mmol/L EDTA组的预防作用最明显(P<0.05);不同时间组比较,EDTA-1组预防作用最佳,EDTA-7组预防作用最弱(P<0.05).结论 EDTA可以有效预防大肠杆菌诱发的急性细菌性膀胱炎.

목적 관찰불동농도의지산이납(EDTA)예방대장간균유발소서급성세균성방광염적작용.방법 장96지곤명소서,수궤분성4조,즉EDTA-1、3、5、7조;건립급성세균성방광염모형,연구방광점막상피세포파배정도화염성인자백세포개소(IL)-6화립세포집락자격인자(G-CSF)표체수평.결과 불동농도조비교,린산염완충액(PBS)조、0.2mmol/L EDTA조、1.0mmol/L EDTA조、5.0 mmol/L EDTA조방광점막상피세포파배정도의차감경차염성인자수평축점강저,5.0 mmol/L EDTA조적예방작용최명현(P<0.05);불동시간조비교,EDTA-1조예방작용최가,EDTA-7조예방작용최약(P<0.05).결론 EDTA가이유효예방대장간균유발적급성세균성방광염.
Objective To evaluate the effect of different concentrations of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) in the prevention of Escherichia coli-induced acute bacterial cystitis in mice.Methods Ninty-six female Kunming mice were randomly divided into 4 groups:EDTA-1,3,5,7 groups.An acute bacterial cystitis model was established.The injury of bladder epithelium and the expression levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6) and granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) were analyzed.Results Less injury was observed in each EDTA peffusion sub-group than in PBS sub-group,the degree of injury and the expression level of inflammatory factors were decreased in the PBS,0.2 mmol/L EDTA,1.0 mmol/L EDTA,5.0 mmol/L EDTA sub-groups consecutively,and the 5.0 mmol/L EDTA sub-group had the best prevention effect (P<0.05).Among the EDTA-1,3,5,7 groups,EDTA-1 had the best and EDTA-7 had the worst effect of prevention ( P<0.05).Conclusion EDTA can prevent acute bacterial cystitis induced by Escherichia coli effectively.
