目的　探讨喉癌、癌旁组织、声带息肉中抑癌基因P27的表达有无差异，揭示P27表达与喉癌临床特征之间的关系。方法　用免疫组织化学S-P法对38例喉癌组织、癌旁组织及20例声带息肉组织进行P27检测。结果　①P27表达在喉癌和癌旁组织、声带息肉之间有显著性差异，癌旁组织和声带息肉之间表达无显著性差异。②P27蛋白低表达与颈淋巴结转移、患者预后有相关性(P＜0.05)，而与病人性别、年龄、吸烟史及病理分化无相关性(P＞0.05)。结论　P27是判断喉癌预后的有用指标。
목적　탐토후암、암방조직、성대식육중억암기인P27적표체유무차이，게시P27표체여후암림상특정지간적관계。방법　용면역조직화학S-P법대38례후암조직、암방조직급20례성대식육조직진행P27검측。결과　①P27표체재후암화암방조직、성대식육지간유현저성차이，암방조직화성대식육지간표체무현저성차이。②P27단백저표체여경림파결전이、환자예후유상관성(P＜0.05)，이여병인성별、년령、흡연사급병리분화무상관성(P＞0.05)。결론　P27시판단후암예후적유용지표。
Objective　To find out whether the expression of P27 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma is different from peri-tumor tissue and vocal polyp,and whether P27 expression in patients with laryngeal squamosa cell carcinoma was associated with their clinic characteristics.Methods　Expression of P27 protein was measured with immunohistochemistry method in 35 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and peri-tumor tissure as well as 20 cases of vocal polyps.Results　①There was significant different expression of P27 protein between the laryngeal carcinoma and peri-tumor tissue,and also between laryngeal carcinoma and vocal polyp.There was no significant difference in expression of P27 protein between the peri-tumor tissue and vocal ployp.②Low P27 expression was associated with increasing lymph node metastasis and resulted in a poor prognosis for patient with laryngeal squamous carcinoma.Conclusions　P27 is a significant predictor of survival in laryngeal carcinoma patients.
