针对临床使用头孢类抗生素不做过敏试验或用青霉素皮试液代替现状，为探讨其安全性和可行性。对150例因感染而需用青霉素或头孢类抗生素的患者采用自身对照法，分别用青霉素皮试液和头孢菌素皮试液进行皮肤过敏试验。结果青霉素皮试阳性率明显高于头孢菌素，两种皮试结果经统计学处理，χ2=9.59，P＜0.01，差异有极显著性。提示在使用头孢类抗生素时必须以原液对患者行皮肤过敏试验，不宜用青霉素皮试液替代。

By using self control method, 150 infection patients treated with penicillin or cephalosporins antibiotics were subjected to the dermal sensitivity test with penicillin or cephalosporins antibiotics, respectively. The results showed that the positive rate of penicillin skin test was significantly higher than that of cefazolin with χ2=9.59, P<0.01. It was suggested that dermal sensitivity test was essential to the clinical use of antibiotics. In the use of cephalosporins antibiotics, stock solution was used to perform dermal sensitivity test.
