提出结构分级有限元分析及其优化设计,对于大型复杂结构的优化设计有指导意义.该方法解决了复杂结构有限元自由网格划分单元畸形问题,减小了计算规模,提高了计算效率.结构分级方法以部件特征为研究对象,在优化过程中减少了设计变量,避免了不同数量级的尺度出现在一个数学模型中,提高了收敛速度.本文以某型号刮板输送机输煤槽为例,进行有限元分析和优化设计.数值计算结果表明,应用该方法设计的刮板输送机输煤槽取得很好的效果,提高了结构强度,改善了应力分布,减轻了重量,提高了经济效益.

This paper gives the approach of hierarchical finite element analysis and its optimization.This method can be used to solve large complex structure efficiently.The mesh malformation can be eliminated considerably using the proposed method in this paper. Further problems in mathematical formaulation of optimization can be coped easily. Design variables in different levels can be circumvented and the total number of design variables can be decreased rationally.Thus the convergence speed and design efficiency can be enhanced.Some type coal supplying tank is designed through finite analysis and optimization adopting the proposed method. Numerical results show the validity of proposed approach. The structural stiffness is streng thened mproved and the stress distribution is averaged around the whole structure.At the same time, gross weight of part is decreased and thus good economic returns can be gotten.
