用121型氨基酸分析仪对甘肃鼢鼠(Myospalax cansus)躯干、四肢、头骨骨骼中19种氨基酸含量进行测定,并与高原鼢鼠及其他哺乳动物骨骼中氨基酸含量进行差异显著性分析.结果表明,甘肃鼢鼠各部位骨骼中19种氨基酸含量均为甘氨酸最高,谷氨酸次之,胱氨酸最低.同一氨基酸在甘肃鼢鼠不同骨骼部位含量顺序为躯干>四肢﹥头骨.甘肃鼢鼠骨骼总氨基酸含量低于塞隆骨,与虎骨相近,高于其他哺乳动物.其中羟脯氨酸含量明显高于虎骨、塞隆骨等.
用121型氨基痠分析儀對甘肅鼢鼠(Myospalax cansus)軀榦、四肢、頭骨骨骼中19種氨基痠含量進行測定,併與高原鼢鼠及其他哺乳動物骨骼中氨基痠含量進行差異顯著性分析.結果錶明,甘肅鼢鼠各部位骨骼中19種氨基痠含量均為甘氨痠最高,穀氨痠次之,胱氨痠最低.同一氨基痠在甘肅鼢鼠不同骨骼部位含量順序為軀榦>四肢﹥頭骨.甘肅鼢鼠骨骼總氨基痠含量低于塞隆骨,與虎骨相近,高于其他哺乳動物.其中羥脯氨痠含量明顯高于虎骨、塞隆骨等.
용121형안기산분석의대감숙분서(Myospalax cansus)구간、사지、두골골격중19충안기산함량진행측정,병여고원분서급기타포유동물골격중안기산함량진행차이현저성분석.결과표명,감숙분서각부위골격중19충안기산함량균위감안산최고,곡안산차지,광안산최저.동일안기산재감숙분서불동골격부위함량순서위구간>사지﹥두골.감숙분서골격총안기산함량저우새륭골,여호골상근,고우기타포유동물.기중간포안산함량명현고우호골、새륭골등.
The contents of nineteen amino acids in trunk, limb and head bones of the Gansu Zokor(Myospalax cansus)have been analyzed by amino acid analyzer (121MB, Beckman, American). The significant difference of amino acid contents has also been tested between the Gansu Zokors and other mammals. The results suggested that the total contents of amino acids in the Gansu Zokors were as follows: Gly> Glu > Pro > Asp > Ala > Arg > Hypro > Leu > Lys > Ser > Thr > Val > Ileu > Phe > His > Met > Tyr > Hylys > Cyr .The contents of one kind of amino acid in different bones were as follows: trunk> limb> head. The total content of amino acids of bones in Gansu Zokors was lower than Plateau Zokor , close to tiger-bones and higher than other mammals. The content of Hypro was especially higher than Plateau Zokor and tiger-bones.
