目的 了解乳腺癌中乳腺癌特异性基因1(BCSG1)和C-erbB2表达概况,探讨BCSG1和C-erbB2在乳腺癌中表达水平及意义.方法 用免疫组化方法检测40例乳腺癌患者中BCSG1和C-erbB2的表达.结果 40例乳腺癌组织中阳性表达26例,占65%, 40例正常乳腺组织均呈阴性表达,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).乳腺癌组织中BCSG1阳性表达与腋窝淋巴结转移、TNM分期、复发和转移有关(P<0.05).40例乳腺癌组织中C-erbB2蛋白阳性表达率为37.5%(15/40),正常乳腺组织中均为阴性表达;两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).乳腺癌组织中C-erbB2阳性表达与腋窝淋巴结转移、TNM分期、复发和转移有关(P>0.05).结论 基因BCSG1和C-erbB2表达异常是乳腺癌产生的机制之一,与乳腺癌的发生及发展有关.BCSG1可能是乳腺癌的一个重要预后指标.

Objective To study the expression of gene BCSG1 and C-erbB2 and to demonstrate the relationship between the expression of gene BCSG1 and C-erbB2 in breast cancer and to evaluate their clinical significances. Methods Inmmunohistochemistry method was used to analyze the expression of gene BCSG1 and C-erbB2 in the breast cancer. Results BCSG1 was significantly overexpressed in breast cancer compared with its normal mucosa (P<0.05),and it was related to lymph metastasis and recurrence(P<0.05). No expression of C-erbB2 was observed in normal tissue. The positive rate of C-erbB2 in breast cancer was 37.5% and it was not related to lymph metastasis and recurrence(P>0.05). Conclusion Our date indicate that positive expression of BCSG1 and C-cerbB2 are involved mainly in breast carcinogenesis and BCSG1 was associated with prognosis of breast cancer.
