目的 了解食道癌患者康复期复查的依从性及影响因素.方法 采用自行设计的"食道癌患者康复期复查依从性调查表",通过门诊及电话随访方法,对324例食道癌患者康复期复查依从行为进行调查,采用χ2检验分析其影响因素.结果 复查依从209例(64.5%).不依从115例(35.5%);不同年龄、居住地、生存年限的食道癌患者,其复查依从性差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 本组食道癌患者康复期复查的依从性较差,影响食道患者康复期复查依从性的主要因素为年龄、居住地、生存年限.应发挥社会及家庭支持系统,提供个体化全程健康教育,以改善食道癌康复期患者复查依从性.

Objective To understand the influencing factors of the compliance to re-examination among esophagus cancer patients' in the stage of convalescence.Methods By means of the self-designed questionnaire,clinic or phone-call surveys were made with 324 cases with esophagus cancer about their compliance to re-examination in the stage of convalescence.Then the influencing factors were analyzed by single factor χ2 check.Results The cases of compliance numbered 209(64.5%),and those of non-compliance 115 05.5%).The differences in age group,place of residence and length of living had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients in this study display a poor compliance to re-examination.The major influencing factors include age.place of residence and length of riving.The family and society support system should be brought into full play,and individualized health education needs to be vrovided,to imDrove their compliance.
