脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯(OE)生产过程中产生高浓度有机废水,用混凝沉淀-IC反应器预处理高浓度OE生产废水,当进水COD_(Cr),为6 000~9 000 mg/L、SS为800~1 500 mg/L时,出水平均COD_(Cr),、SS分别为780 mg/L、200 mg/L,COD_(Cr)、SS的平均去除率达到90%和85%,出水水质达到厂方的预处理要求,为后续主体工艺处理提供保障.
脂肪痠聚氧乙烯酯(OE)生產過程中產生高濃度有機廢水,用混凝沉澱-IC反應器預處理高濃度OE生產廢水,噹進水COD_(Cr),為6 000~9 000 mg/L、SS為800~1 500 mg/L時,齣水平均COD_(Cr),、SS分彆為780 mg/L、200 mg/L,COD_(Cr)、SS的平均去除率達到90%和85%,齣水水質達到廠方的預處理要求,為後續主體工藝處理提供保障.

The high-concentration organic wastewater in OE production was pretreated by coagulation and sedimentation-IC process.When the COD_(Cr) in influent water was 6 000~9 000 mg/L and SS was 800~1 500 mg/L,the average COD_(Cr) and SS in effluent were 780 mg/L and 200 mg/L with respective average removal rate 90%and 85%.The effluent quality met the pretreatment requirements of enterprise,which offered ensurance for the following main process.
