[目的]优选马尾松松针挥发油的最佳提取工艺,并对挥发油中化学成分进行分析.[方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取马尾松松针挥发油,通过正交试验,研究液料比、提取时间、浸泡时间对马尾松松针挥发油提取得率的影响,并用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其挥发油中化学成分进行分析.[结果]马尾松松针挥发油的最佳提取工艺为:液料比9∶1,提取时间3 h,浸泡时间7 h.气相色谱-质谱联用技术从马尾松松针挥发油中分离出96个峰,鉴定了其中的35种成分,占挥发油总离子流的93.13%,主要成分是单萜和倍半萜,以及少量萜烯的醇、酯类化合物.[结论]该研究为马尾松松针的进一步综合开发利用提供了科学依据.

[Objective]The research aimed to optimize the extraction process of volatile oil from the pine needle of Pinus massoniana and analyze the constituents of volatile oil. [Method]The volatile oil was extracted from the pine needle of P. massoniana by water steam distillation method. The effects of the ratio of liquid to solid,and extracting time and soaking time on the extraction yield of volatile oil from the pine needle of P. massoniana were studied through orthogonal test. The chemical constituents of volatile oil were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). [Result]The optimum technology for extracting the volatile oil from the pine needle of P. massoniana soaking time of 7 h. Ninety six peaks were separated from the volatile oil from the pine needle of P. massoniana. Thirty five of them (93.13%) were identified and the main compounds were monoterpinenes, sesquiterpenes and some alcohol, ester compounds. [Conclusion]This study provided scientific basis for further comprehensive exploitation and utilization of the pine needle of P. massoniana.
