由于农业具有收入的不确定性、投资的长期性、低收益性、高风险性等产业特性,使得农业一直都是弱质产业.农业问题不解决,"三农"问题也就无法克服.作为农业大国,实施农业保险对于稳定我国农业经济,推动工业和第三产业进步,进而带动全国经济实现可持续发展有着小可估最的作用.然而,我国目前农业保险的现实情况却不容乐观.本文分析了我国农业保险存在的几个问题,并针对问题给出相关建议对策.

Agriculture is a feeble constitution industry for its several characters. For example: uncertainty for income, long-term for investment, Low profitability, high risk. If agriculture problem can not be solved, problems about Agriculture, Countryside and Farmer" issues are still not overcome. As a large agricultural nation, it is very important to implement agricultural insurance to stable our country agricultural economy, to impetus industry and the tertiary industry progress, then to realize the sustainable development. But, agricultural insurance's realistic situation is actually unoptimistic at present in our country. This article analysis several problems of agricultural insurance in China, then puts forward the proposal in view of the question.
