2008年3-9月,对甘肃省嘉峪关市新城镇洋葱根际的植物寄生线虫进行了调查.结果表明:从洋葱根际土壤样品中共分离鉴定出线虫5个属5个种,包括喜悦平滑垫刃线虫、普通丝尾垫刃线虫、双角螺旋线虫、最大矮化线虫和燕麦真滑刃线虫.其中,喜悦平滑垫刃线虫、普通丝尾垫刃线虫、双角螺旋线虫和最大矮化线虫是在甘肃省洋葱土壤中首次发现;明确了洋葱膨大期为植物寄生线虫发生的高峰期,而燕麦真滑刃线虫为该地区的优势种,密度达到58头·(100 mL)~(-1),占同期线虫总量的64 %.
2008年3-9月,對甘肅省嘉峪關市新城鎮洋蔥根際的植物寄生線蟲進行瞭調查.結果錶明:從洋蔥根際土壤樣品中共分離鑒定齣線蟲5箇屬5箇種,包括喜悅平滑墊刃線蟲、普通絲尾墊刃線蟲、雙角螺鏇線蟲、最大矮化線蟲和燕麥真滑刃線蟲.其中,喜悅平滑墊刃線蟲、普通絲尾墊刃線蟲、雙角螺鏇線蟲和最大矮化線蟲是在甘肅省洋蔥土壤中首次髮現;明確瞭洋蔥膨大期為植物寄生線蟲髮生的高峰期,而燕麥真滑刃線蟲為該地區的優勢種,密度達到58頭·(100 mL)~(-1),佔同期線蟲總量的64 %.
2008년3-9월,대감숙성가욕관시신성진양총근제적식물기생선충진행료조사.결과표명:종양총근제토양양품중공분리감정출선충5개속5개충,포괄희열평활점인선충、보통사미점인선충、쌍각라선선충、최대왜화선충화연맥진활인선충.기중,희열평활점인선충、보통사미점인선충、쌍각라선선충화최대왜화선충시재감숙성양총토양중수차발현;명학료양총팽대기위식물기생선충발생적고봉기,이연맥진활인선충위해지구적우세충,밀도체도58두·(100 mL)~(-1),점동기선충총량적64 %.
A survey of the parasitic nematodes in the rhizosphere of onion was carried out in the Xinchen Town, Jiayuguan City, Gansu Province, from March to September in 2008. Five species belonged to five genera were extracted from soil samples which were Helicotylenchus digonicus, Tylenchorhynchus maximus, Psilenchus hilarulus, Filenchus vulgaris and Aphelenchus avenae. Except A. avenae, the other four nematodes were first reported in Gansu Province. Meanwhile, it cleared that expansion of onion was the peak period that the parasitic nematodes occurred. The dominant nematode species in this region was A. avenae, the density of which reached to 58 juveniles per 100 mL soil that accounted for 64 percent of the whole nematodes.
