The 65Mn steel spring washer has low qualified rate. Through analyzing, the reason of influencing the qualified rate of spring washer were the incorrect safeguard of quenching primarily. In the process of quenching, the incorrect safeguard of quenching brought the oxidation deearbonization. The heat treatment quenching process for spring washer improves, and the improved technique of quenching spring washer under protective atmosphere and dope is adopted. The qualified rate of the spring washer is 73.4%.
