大牛地气田污水处理厂原有处理工艺存在处理药剂成本较高,能耗较大的问题,通过与西南石油大学合作开展节能降耗技术研究,对原有处理工艺及药剂进行了改进.采用新的处理工艺及配套药剂进行污水处理,在满足回注标准要求的同时,处理成本从原来的120元/m3降低到50元/m3,大幅度地降低了污水处理药剂费用,同时简化了处理工艺,降低了处理能耗.

The reagent cost of original Daniudi sewage treatment technology is higher, and the energy consumption is larger. Energy saving technology research was carried out through cooperating with Southwest Petroleum University. The cost of chemical agent can reduced from 120 RMB/m3 to 50 RMB/m3 by using the new technology and new drug to treat the sewage. Meanwhile, it can be up to the injection standard. This technology greatly reduced the sewage disposal reagents cost, and simplified the process, reduced the consumption of treatment. The process renovation has good energy saving efficiency.
