在过去的几十年,我匀逐渐认识炎症在动脉粥样硬化及其并发症中的重要作用.炎症和免疫应答在动脉粥样硬化形成中的作用已经引起广泛的兴趣.在动脉粥样硬化发展过程中,从早期的损害到易损斑块的形成,都有大量的炎症因子参与其中.现就炎症因子在动脉粥样硬化中作用的最近进展做一综述,这些进展可能应用于早期发现、预防和治疗动脉粥样硬化.
在過去的幾十年,我勻逐漸認識炎癥在動脈粥樣硬化及其併髮癥中的重要作用.炎癥和免疫應答在動脈粥樣硬化形成中的作用已經引起廣汎的興趣.在動脈粥樣硬化髮展過程中,從早期的損害到易損斑塊的形成,都有大量的炎癥因子參與其中.現就炎癥因子在動脈粥樣硬化中作用的最近進展做一綜述,這些進展可能應用于早期髮現、預防和治療動脈粥樣硬化.

Over the past decade,we have come to appreciate a prominent role for inflammation in atherosclerosis and its complications. The current notion that inflammation and immune response contribute to atherogenesis has gained increased interest.It is now well-established that from early lesion to vulnerable plaque formation,numerous inflammatory factors participate in the disease process. This review will provide an update on inflammatory factors in atherosclerosis. This knowledge can be used for improved early detection,prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis.
