目的 本研究对青海湟中县109名(其中男性48名)农民血清中有机氯(OCPs)农药如六氯苯(HCB)、六氯环己烷(HCHs)、p,p′-二氯二苯二氯乙烯(p,p′- DDE)的污染水平进行了测定和分析.OCPs的平均浓度值分别为HCB 6.46 ng/g lipid、α - HCH 8.89 ng/g lipid、β- HCH 25.5 ng/g lipid、γ-HCH 8.8 ng/g lipid、δ- HCH 9.92 ng/g lipid、p,p′- DDE 10.1 ng/g lipid.对比已发表的文献资料,本研究血清p,p ′ - DDE浓度显著低于其他国家报道的水平;而另一方面,∑HCHs浓度则明显高于发达国家和中国其他省份水平.血清β- HCH浓度较高.未发现OCPs 水平与吸烟、饮酒及族别相关.

To analyze and evaluate the contamination level of organochlorine pesticide (OCPs) in Huangzhong county,Qinghai province.Methods Human blood samples from 109 healthy farmers ( n =48 male and n =61 female) living in high land (about 3000 meters above sea level)were collected.One μg/L of the samples was injected and analyzed by GC/MS.The persistent organic pollutants( POPs)from human serum samples were analyzed with HP6890 GC mass spectrometer.Results and Conclusion Comparison with literature data showed that the levels of p,p′ -dichlorodiphenyldichloroethylene (p,p′ -DDE) in human blood samples were significantly lower than other countries.On the other hand,the levels of hexachlorocyclohexanes (∑HCHs) were higher than developed countries and other Chinese provinces.β - HCH is the predominant pollutant among HCH isomers and showed the highest concentration in this study.No significant differences were found among OCPs levels in smoking,drinking,or nationalities.
