研究了锰矿石还原焙烧脱砷,通过对比试验,确定了脱砷工艺及最佳工艺参数。试验结果表明,通CO气体并加石油焦还原焙烧,脱砷效果最好;在物料粒度0.5~0.75 mm、焙烧温度1100℃、焙烧时间2 h、CO流量1.5 L/min、石油焦加入量20%条件下,砷脱除率为97.13%。
研究瞭錳礦石還原焙燒脫砷,通過對比試驗,確定瞭脫砷工藝及最佳工藝參數。試驗結果錶明,通CO氣體併加石油焦還原焙燒,脫砷效果最好;在物料粒度0.5~0.75 mm、焙燒溫度1100℃、焙燒時間2 h、CO流量1.5 L/min、石油焦加入量20%條件下,砷脫除率為97.13%。
연구료맹광석환원배소탈신,통과대비시험,학정료탈신공예급최가공예삼수。시험결과표명,통CO기체병가석유초환원배소,탈신효과최호;재물료립도0.5~0.75 mm、배소온도1100℃、배소시간2 h、CO류량1.5 L/min、석유초가입량20%조건하,신탈제솔위97.13%。
The removal of arsenic from manganese ore by reduction roasting has been researched . Suitable process for removal of arsenic from manganese ore was selected through contrast tests ,and optimum conditions were determined .The removal rate of arsenic could reach 97 .13% when the reduction roasting was taken in monoxide atmosphere under the conditions of material size of 0 .5~0 .75 mm ,roasting temperature of 1 100 ℃ ,roasting time of 2 h ,CO flow of 1 .5 L/min ,petroleum coke amount 20 percent .
