本文针对报纸印刷和精细商业印刷中常用的加网线数,基于最小阈值矩阵原理,详述12 × 12网格的最小阈值矩阵的设计原则.并提出一种网线角度差小于1*的阈值矩阵设计方法,较好地解决了有理正切加网网线角度如何接近15°这一核心技术问题.同时,阐述了用此阈值矩阵实现灰度图像有理正切调幅加网的具体过程.

Aiming at the common screening ruling used in the newspaper print and commercial print with high resolution, based on the minimum threshold matrix theory, the paper describes the design principle of the minimum threshold matrix when the halftone cell is 12×12. In order to overcome the key problem how the screen angle of the rational tangent screening algotithm approaches 15°, the paper proposes a design method of the threshold matrix which can make the difference between the screen angles be less than 1° , and further expounds the procedure of the AM screening for,grey images realized by the rational tangent screening algorithm with minimum threshold matrix in detail.
