分别研究了马来酸酐接枝(乙烯/辛烯)共聚物(POE)、铜盐抗氧剂和受阻酚类抗氧剂1010、1098及其与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂626复配体系对增韧改性尼龙(PA)6材料抗热氧老化性能的影响,研究了不同抗氧剂体系和热老化时间对材料拉伸强度、简支梁缺口冲击强度的影响.结果表明,在增韧PA6材料中添加合适的抗氧剂可以满足材料在:160℃条件下热氧老化24 h后力学性能保持率在90%以上的要求,该材料可以应用于汽车燃油管路系统.
分彆研究瞭馬來痠酐接枝(乙烯/辛烯)共聚物(POE)、銅鹽抗氧劑和受阻酚類抗氧劑1010、1098及其與亞燐痠酯類抗氧劑626複配體繫對增韌改性尼龍(PA)6材料抗熱氧老化性能的影響,研究瞭不同抗氧劑體繫和熱老化時間對材料拉伸彊度、簡支樑缺口遲擊彊度的影響.結果錶明,在增韌PA6材料中添加閤適的抗氧劑可以滿足材料在:160℃條件下熱氧老化24 h後力學性能保持率在90%以上的要求,該材料可以應用于汽車燃油管路繫統.

The effects of maleic anhydride grafted POE, copper oxidation inhibitor, hindered phenolic antioxidants 1010/ 1098 and compounded phosphate antilxidant 626 on the thermal oxidative aging properties of toughening polyamide 6 were studied separately , and the effects of oxidations and aging time on the mechanical properties of polyamide 6 were studied. Experiment results provided that the proper oxidation with polyamide 6 could keep mechanical properties at the rate of 90% above in condition of temperature 160℃ and thermal oxidative for 24 h, and the material could meet requirements of fuel tubes system of automobile.
