研究了获得大传动比的复合轮系中其中一排为变位齿轮时,各轮齿数的关系.并通过CAD优化设计,确定了获得最大传动比时,计算各轮的最佳齿数所需要的特性参数K和齿数差x-2=z_3-z_6、x_3=z_2-z_4三者之间的关系.还提供了最大传动比及部分齿数的较大传动比,可供设计者选用.

The relationship among each gear number of teeth for compound gear train with large transmission is studied, which includes a row of profile shift gear. Using method of CAD optimization design, the relationship among the characteristic parameter k for calculation of each gear optimum number of teeth, teeth difference x_2=z_2-z_6, and x_3=z_2-z_4 is determined. For selection of planner, the maximum transmission ratio and some larger transmission ratios of compound gear train are also provided.
