为了配合汽轮发电机组状态监测系统中的差胀测试要求,研制了变频式差胀涡流传感器.介绍了变频式涡流传感器的工作原理,根据测出的位移与频率的关系数据,提出了一种线性化数学模型.设计了传感器测量电路,探讨了消除材料敏感性的方法,并对变频式差胀涡流传感器进行了标定和相关性能测试.该传感器的优点是可以提供频率和电压两种信号输出,频率输出可以有效提高信号传输的抗干扰能力,便于数据采集和处理,而电压输出则可以直接得到位移量.现场实验结果表明,变频式差胀涡流传感器分辨率和精度高,抗干扰能力强,性能稳定可靠.

In order to meet the requirements of the differential expansion tests in the turbo-generator vibration observation system,in the paper,the frequency-modulated differential expansion eddy current sensor was developed. This paper introduced the principles of frequency-modulated eddy current sensor. According to the relationship data between the displacement and frequency,a linear mathematical model has been put foreword,designed a measuring circuit for the sensor,discussed the approach to eliminate the material sensitivity,and then,calibrated the frequency-modulated differential expansion eddy current sensor and tested its relative properties by experiments. The advantage of this sensor is it can provide both frequency and voltage signal outputs. The frequency output signal can effectively improve the anti-jamming capability of the signal transmission,which is convenient for data collection and processing,while the displacement can be directly achieved according to the output voltage. The locale applying shows that this sensor has high resolution and precision,and has a strong anti-interference ability; its performance is stable and reliable.
