This paper proposes a pitch marking algorithm based on peak/valley dynamic programming.First,we use the dynamic programming to find the most likely pitch marks according to the state and transition probabilities.Then,we define a value function to decide the mark by using the peak or valley dynamic programming.We have also designed different tests to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed approach.
