本试验用不同浓度的维生素C对干旱胁迫下的玉米幼苗进行处理,测定了玉米幼苗根系的形态指标和生理指标.结果表明,一定浓度的维生素C能提高玉米幼苗根系的保水功能,一定程度上能缓解干旱的影响.在维生素C的浓度为80 mg/L时,处理效果最好,根长比对照增加18.6 %,鲜重比对照增加20.3 %,干重比对照增加18.9 %,作物水分含量比对照增加23.1 %,POD活性比对照增加19.0 %,SOD活性比对照增加41.5 %,根系活力比对照增加25.1 %.
本試驗用不同濃度的維生素C對榦旱脅迫下的玉米幼苗進行處理,測定瞭玉米幼苗根繫的形態指標和生理指標.結果錶明,一定濃度的維生素C能提高玉米幼苗根繫的保水功能,一定程度上能緩解榦旱的影響.在維生素C的濃度為80 mg/L時,處理效果最好,根長比對照增加18.6 %,鮮重比對照增加20.3 %,榦重比對照增加18.9 %,作物水分含量比對照增加23.1 %,POD活性比對照增加19.0 %,SOD活性比對照增加41.5 %,根繫活力比對照增加25.1 %.
본시험용불동농도적유생소C대간한협박하적옥미유묘진행처리,측정료옥미유묘근계적형태지표화생리지표.결과표명,일정농도적유생소C능제고옥미유묘근계적보수공능,일정정도상능완해간한적영향.재유생소C적농도위80 mg/L시,처리효과최호,근장비대조증가18.6 %,선중비대조증가20.3 %,간중비대조증가18.9 %,작물수분함량비대조증가23.1 %,POD활성비대조증가19.0 %,SOD활성비대조증가41.5 %,근계활력비대조증가25.1 %.
The corn seedlings were treated by different concentrations of vitamin C under drought stress in this experiment. Some ecological and physiological characters were measured after treatment. The results showed that there was a significant influence on those characters after treatment. The root length, fresh weight, dry weight and content water were increased by 18.6 %,20.3 %,18.9 % and 23.1 % respectively after 80 mg/L treatment. Meanwhile, the root system vigor, the activities of POD and SOD were increased by 19.0 %, 41.5 % and 25.1 %,respectively.
