为满足重要工程对设计地震动的需要,文中研究了一种考虑场地附近天然地震记录数据相位非平稳特性、同时拟合S_0A(T)、PGA和PGV的人造地震动技术,并以新疆玛纳斯县城区基岩场地为例,利用该区域强震记录提取的天然地震动非平稳相位,进行了非平稳人造地震动的合成.研究成果可为拟合反应谱人造地震动的工程应用提供参考.
為滿足重要工程對設計地震動的需要,文中研究瞭一種攷慮場地附近天然地震記錄數據相位非平穩特性、同時擬閤S_0A(T)、PGA和PGV的人造地震動技術,併以新疆瑪納斯縣城區基巖場地為例,利用該區域彊震記錄提取的天然地震動非平穩相位,進行瞭非平穩人造地震動的閤成.研究成果可為擬閤反應譜人造地震動的工程應用提供參攷.

In order to meet the requirement of important projects for designing ground motions, a new artificial ground motion technology is researched for considering non-stationary phase from near site earthquake records and to fit compatible S_0(T) , PGA and PGV are fitted with the non-stationary phase, simultaneously. This new technology is applied for generating the non-stationary artificial ground motion at the rock site of Manas Town,Xinjiarig, which the non-stationary phase of natural ground motion is obtained from the strong motion records of the region. The results can supply an example and foundation for the engineering application of artificial ground motion fitting response-spectrum.
