在KIVA源程序中向燃料库添加液态DME的各种物性参数数据模块,建立二甲醚燃料库,针对二甲醚燃料建立油束模型和燃烧模型,并把这些数学模型耦合入KIVA后形成子程序,并建立二甲醚燃烧数值仿真计算平台.利用建立的平台计算二甲醚柴油缸内燃烧温度场.得出:仿真结果与试验结果相同,所建立的二甲醚燃烧过程数值模拟平台是有一定的实用性.研究结果表明:燃用二甲醚的发动机相对于燃用柴油的发动机的燃烧时刻相对提前,对应不同时刻的二甲醚发动机缸内最高温度均小于柴油发动机,且高温分布范围较小,这将抑制NO_x的生成.

In order to achieve clean and efficient combustion of Engine, DME, as the alternative fuel of com-pression ignition engine, has attracted wide attention both at home and abroad. In this paper, we add various physical parameters data module of liquid DME to fuel depots at KIVA source, set up DME fuel depots, set up spray combustion model for DME fuel, and couple the mathematical model into KIVA to form sub-procedures and set up numerical simulation computing platform of DME combustion, we use the platform for computing DME and diesel cylinder combustion temperature field. The simulation results and the experimental results a-gree, and DME numerical simulation platform set up by the combustion process is to be employed. The results show that: Engine fueled with dimethyl ether compared with diesel engine has a relatively early time of com-bustion, The maximum temperature of cylinder corresponding to different moments of the DME engine is less than diesel engine, and has a smaller high temperature range, which will inhibit the generation of NO_x.
