In contemporary China,industrial upgrading has become a popular topic.Together with the government and enterprises,industry associations play an important role in the industrial upgrading.The role study of domestic and foreign industry associations promoting economic development and industrial upgrading suggests that industry associations follow the logic of searching for external resources and providing internal service for collective actions among members.Some scholars classified them as ＂logic of influence＂ and ＂logic of membership＂.The role of industry association promoting industrial upgrading is based on the well internal governance structure and the pressure of external market competition,as well as the regulation and incentive of government.
