分析研究了用固体光气为氯化剂提高盐酸克林霉素的收率和质量的问题;介绍了以盐酸林可霉素为原料,用固体光气作为氯化试剂,通过化学反应合成为盐酸克林霉素的工艺,提高了产品的纯度、收率和质量,降低了成本,特别是将盐酸克林霉素的质量收率提高到92%~93%(盐酸克林霉素千克数/林可霉素千克数),技术指标符合中国药典(2010版)的要求。

Solid phosgene as chlorinating agent was used to improve the yield and quality of clindamycin hydrochloride problem.Lincomycin hydrochloride as raw material,solid phosgene as chloride reagent,chemical reaction clindamycin hydrochloride was synthesized,with high product purity,yield and quality,the cost was reduced,especially,clindamycin hydrochloride quality yield increased to 92%~93%(kg/forest of clindamycin hydrochloride lincomycin kilograms),and technical indicators were in line with the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2010 Edition) requirements.
