目的:观察研究不同处理方法对中药微量元素含量的影响。方法:用质子激发X荧光分析方法(PIXE)测定了10种常用中药饮片、单煎后以及组成复方后进行手工煎煮和高压自动煎煮,其微量元素含量的变化。结果:各中药饮片及其单煎后,微量元素含量有很大差异;而高压煎煮和手工煎煮相比,微量元素含量差异不明显。结论:中药因处理方法不同,从微量元素角度看,其疗效可能不同,应根据不同临床需要,对中药进行适当的处理。

Objective: To observe and study the influence of different treatments on trace elements content of Chinese herbal medicine. Methods: We assayed the trace elements content of ten kinds of medical herbs usually used in clinics by proton induced X-ray emission method, which had been in pieces solely decocted, or decocted by hand and by high pressure automatically after constituting recipe. Results: There was significant difference of trace elements content between the medical herb pieces and the herb solely decocted, there is no significant difference between manual decoction and high pressure decoction. Conclusions: The curative effects of Chinese herbal medicines dealed with different decocting means may be different from the viewpoint of trace elements. It is necessary to deal with Chinese herbal medicines properly according to different clinical needs.
