A new method on the deduction of rate equation for Ordered Bi Bi mechanism has been introduced in this paper:(1) A new common factor (1/coefAB)has been used in the deduction;(2) New forms (V1=(num1)/(coefAB)[E0]and V2=(num2)/(coefPQ)[E0])have been taken here instead of old enzyme kinetic constants (V1=(num1)/(coefAB) and V2=(num2)/(coefPQ)) in the deducing procedure. (3) According to this new method,there is no need to take the Haldane equation for the simplification of the deduction as we usually use.
