目的:观察脑卒中早期应用床边智能康复训练系统训练对卒中早期患者下肢功能的影响。方法:将脑卒中早期患者46例随机分成观察组和对照组,每组23例。观察组患者予床边智能康复训练系统结合综合康复训练,对照组患者予综合康复训练,4周后采用Brunnstrom偏瘫下肢功能评定法、简式Fugl-Meyer评定法进行评价。结果:治疗后两组患者下肢功能均有不同程度的恢复, Brunnstrom和FMA评分均较治疗前有明显提高,比较有统计学(P<0.05),但观察组患者下肢功能恢复、FMA评分优于对照组,比较有统计学(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中早期患者应用床边智能康复训练系统可促进患者下肢功能恢复。

목적:관찰뇌졸중조기응용상변지능강복훈련계통훈련대졸중조기환자하지공능적영향。방법:장뇌졸중조기환자46례수궤분성관찰조화대조조,매조23례。관찰조환자여상변지능강복훈련계통결합종합강복훈련,대조조환자여종합강복훈련,4주후채용Brunnstrom편탄하지공능평정법、간식Fugl-Meyer평정법진행평개。결과:치료후량조환자하지공능균유불동정도적회복, Brunnstrom화FMA평분균교치료전유명현제고,비교유통계학(P<0.05),단관찰조환자하지공능회복、FMA평분우우대조조,비교유통계학(P<0.05)。결론:뇌졸중조기환자응용상변지능강복훈련계통가촉진환자하지공능회복。
Objective:To observe influence of bedside intelligent rehabilitation training system on lower limb function for pa-tients with early stroke. Methods:46 patients with early stroke were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 23 ca-ses in each group. Observation group was given the bedside rehabilitation training system combined with the comprehensive rehabilita-tion training, while control group received the comprehensive rehabilitation training. 4 weeks later, Brunnstrom hemiplegic lower limb function rating method and simple Fugl-Meyer rating method were used to evaluate. Results:After the treatment, the two groups had a certain recovery of the lower limb function, and the Brunnstrom and FMA scores significantly increased compared with those before the treatment (P<0. 05). The recovery of the lower limb function and FMA score of observation group were better than those of control group (P<0. 05). Conclusions: The bedside intelligent motion system can promote the lower limb function recovery for the patients with early stroke.
