目的 分析XS-800i血细胞分析仪对地中海贫血患者血小板参数检测的影响.方法 通过对107例地中海贫血患者使用XS-800i血细胞分析仪进行血细胞分析测定,分组与100例健康对照组比较PLT计数结果 ,作相关统计学分析,并分析其对PDW、MPV、P-LCR、PCT等参数的影响.结果 XS-800i血细胞分析仪对70 fL<MCV<80 fL的地中海贫血患者PLT测定差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对60 fL<MCV<70 fL和MCV<60 fL患者PLT测定差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),PLT直方图出现翘尾现象,使部分患者PDW、MPV、P-LCR、PCT等参数未能测定与计算.结论 XS-800i血细胞分析仪对地中海贫血MCV<70 fL患者血小板测定会导致结果 假性升高,并影响PLT相关参数的测定与计算,需根据PLT直方图改变进行手工法复查.

Objective To study the influence of XS-800i automated hematology analyzer on platelet parameters measurement in patients with thalassemia. Methods Blood samples were from 107thalassemia (thalassemia group) and 100 healthy people (healthy control group), and tested by applying XS-800i automated hematology analyzer and manual counting. The influence of XS-800i automated hematology analyzer was analyzed on platelet parameters (PDW, MPV, P-LCR, PCT, et al). Results There was no statistical difference in PLT count in thalassemia group with MCV 70-80 fL between instrument assay and manual method (P>0.05), but there was in samples with MCV 60-70 fL or <60 fL (P<0. 01); at this case the PLT histograms were abnormal, and the platelet parameters (PDW, MPV, P-LCR, PCT, et al) couldn't measured and calculated. Conclusion XS-800i automated hematology analyzer may cause a false higher platelet count as compared with manual method in thalassaemia with MCV<70fL, and interferes with the measurement and calculation of other PLT parameters. Therefore, at this time, manual method recheck is necessary according to the PLT histogram.
