分析了导致建（构）筑物产生过大不均匀沉降的主要原因,并对这些主要原因展开了论述,同时给出了倾斜建（构）筑物的纠偏方法,将其进行了分类,从而使建筑物纠偏技术得以完善,避免工程事故的发生。

This paper analysed the main reasons caused buildings produced uneven settlement, and discussed these main reasons, given the rectification methods of inclination building, classify to it, so that perfect the building rectification technology, avoid the engineering accidents.
