目的 通过分析健身气功六字诀习练者练功前后各项体质、体能指标的变化,验证健身气功六字诀的健身效果.方法 将受试人群分为六字诀习练组和对照组,分别测量两组人群练功前和练功6个月后的各项体质指标.结果习练组的身体形体指标中的体重及BMI指数有下降趋势;身体素质和运动能力指标中的快走、握力(绝对)、握力(相对)、侧跳能力均增强,垂直跳、柔软性有增强趋势.结论六字诀习练有助于改善中老年人身体形态,保持体型;且可改善中老年人的身体素质和运动能力.

목적 통과분석건신기공륙자결습련자련공전후각항체질、체능지표적변화,험증건신기공륙자결적건신효과.방법 장수시인군분위륙자결습련조화대조조,분별측량량조인군련공전화련공6개월후적각항체질지표.결과습련조적신체형체지표중적체중급BMI지수유하강추세;신체소질화운동능력지표중적쾌주、악력(절대)、악력(상대)、측도능력균증강,수직도、유연성유증강추세.결론륙자결습련유조우개선중노년인신체형태,보지체형;차가개선중노년인적신체소질화운동능력.
Objective To study the effect of “Six Healing Sounds” by analizing the changes of physical condition and stamina of the patients after using it.Methods All volunteers were divided into two groups:the exercise group and the contrast group,studied the idexes of physical conditions before and after 6 month exercise.Results After 6 months,the data of weight and BMI of those who were in the exercise group was getting lower,together with their physical condition and ability to motion getting better.Conclusion “Six Healing Sounds” is good for keep fit and provide a better physical condition for people.
