目的探讨三聚氰胺致婴幼儿泌尿系结石急性肾衰的临床特点及其治疗.方法报告本院收治128例问题奶粉泌尿系结石患儿中2例三聚氰胺致泌尿系结石急性肾功能衰竭患儿的临床资料并复习有关文献.本例以无尿、食欲减退、恶心、呕吐等症状就诊,其中1例行Cr引导微通道经皮肾造瘘(MPCN)治疗.1例经利尿、水化、碱化尿液治疗.结果 1例行CT引导微通道经皮肾造瘘治疗后恢复,无腹腔脏器的损伤,无血管的损伤.1例经利尿、水化、碱化尿液治疗后肾功能恢复.结论 CT能对拟行 mini-PCN术的病例作出准确判断,特别是婴幼儿,术中CT引导可提高穿刺成功率,并有效的避免血管及脏器的损伤,微创出血少,术后可正确评估手术疗效,CT引导mini-PCN术治疗婴幼儿急性肾功能衰竭(梗阻型)安全可行.

Objectives To investigate the clinical feature and treatment of acute renal failure induced by melamine in the baby. Methods of 128 cases,The clinical data of 2 cases of patients acute renal failure patients for urinary calculi was retrospectively analyzed and discussed with literature reviewed. The patiets come to hospital with complaint of poor appertite and three days without urine and vomiting. Including 1 cases by computer tomography guidance mini - precutaneous nephrostomy. One cases had alkalinized urine and hydrotherapy and diuresis of treatment. In this group,one cases was double kidney calculi and double ureteral calculi. other one cases was right kidney calculi and double ureteral calculi. Results One case by computer tomography guidance mini - precutaneous nephrostomy of treatment for recover. no abdominal organ Injury, no blood vessel injury. One case had alkalinized urine and hydrotherapy and diuresis of treatment for recover. Corclusions The computer tomography can decide the puncture position preoperatively , monitor the puncture process during the operation , and investigated the curative effect postoperatively. minimal injury,short operative time, few blood loss,fewer complications,high success ratio.The perioperative application of computer tomograph for mini - precutaneous nephrostomy ( mPCN ) is effective and safe.
