目的 观察防已黄芪汤对兔肺缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用.方法 将36只日本大耳白兔随机分为3组,每组12只,A组为对照组,B组为黄芪汤组,C组为防已黄芪汤组.制备兔在体肺缺血再灌注损伤模型.恢复灌注后4 h(T4)、6 h(T6)检测各组血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平.结果 T4、T6时段,SOD(B组:119.52±11.23、123.40±12.15;C组:125.34±12.56、129.38±11.54)较A组增加;MDA(B组:2.91±0.46、2.53±0.35、C组:2.85±0.32、2.56±0.24)、CRP(B组:2.89±0.17、2.37±0.13;C组:2.57±0.12、2.10±0.11)、IL-6(B组:697.24±47.62、654.35±37.21;C组:662.63±45.67、612.54±39.72)较A组均下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);C组较B组MDA、SOD差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),CRP、IL-6明显改善(P<0.05).结论 防已黄芪汤能明显减轻兔肺缺血再灌注损伤,其作用机制可能与抗氧化、清除氧自由基及降低全身炎症反应有关.

Objective To study the pretective effect of the Fangji-Huangqi decoction on lung ischemia-reperfusion injury (IRI).Methods Thirty-six Japanese rabbits were randomly divided into three groups:IRI group (group A),Huangqi decoction group (group B) and Fangji-Huangqi decoction group ( group C).Rabbit lung IRI model was established in vivo.The C-reactive protein ( CRP),superoxide dismutase (SOD),malondialdehyde (MDA) and interleukin (IL)-6 of serum were determined at 4th (T4) and 6th h (T6) after reperfusion.Results At T4 and T6,as compared with group A,SOD levels ( B:119.52 ± 11.23,123.40 ± 12.15; C:125.34 ± 12.56,129.38 ± 11.54) were higher,while MDA levels ( B:2.91 ± 0.46,2.53 ± 0.35 ; C:2.85 ± 0.32,2.56 ± 0.24),CRP levels ( B:2.89 ± 0.17,2.37 ±0.13; C:2.57 ±0.12,2.10 ±0.11),and IL-6 levels (B:697.24±47.62,654.35 ±37.21; C:662.63 ± 45.67,612.54 ± 39.72 ) were lower (P < 0.01 ) in groups B and C.There was no statistically significant difference in MDA and SOD levels between group B and group C ( P > 0.05 ).The CRP and IL-6 levels were significantly improved in group C as compared with group B ( P < 0.05 ).Conclusion Fangji-Huangqi decoction can obviously alleviate lung IRI in rabbits probably by antioxidation,removal of oxygen radicals and reduction of systemic inflammatory response.
