对蒲公英全草水提液与醇提液分别在普通营养培养基和M-H琼脂培养基上进行了大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌作用的观察,比较两种培养基对中药体外抑菌效果,结果表明,M-H琼脂培养基对其抑菌作用的检测效果比普通营养培养基灵敏.
