随着燃煤火力发电利润的直线下降,工程造价对投资收益的影响日益突出,突破传统常规的优化设计已成为必然趋势.优化设计时要突破习惯性思维,在保证安全稳定运行的基础上,以总体效益为出发点,本着简化工艺系统、优化布置、减少厂区占地、降低工程初投资和运行成本等目的开展优化设计和创新设计,以保证投资和运行经济效益最优化.

Along with fast decrease of coal fired power generation profit, the influence of the construction cost on investment income is increasingly outstanding. To adopt optimal design and to break through the traditional convention is becoming inexorable trend. The optimal design demands to break through the habitual thinking. Based on safety and stable operation, taking the general benefit as starting point, according to the goals of simplifying processing system, optimizing the layout; decreasing the plant area and reducing the project initial investment and operation cost, the optimal design and the innovative design should be developed to ensure the economical benefit optimization of the investment and operation.
