目的了解近3年来上海某社区老年护理病房植物人持续状态住院患者的平均住院费用.方法采用回顾性调查研究方法,调查2005-2007年362人次植物人持续状态住院患者的各项住院费用,对患者家属进行植物人相关心理问卷调查.结果 362人次植物人持续状态住院患者3年来平均日均住院费用268元,年累计住院时间329 d,年累计住院费用8.83万元.结论上海老年护理病房植物人持续状态患者住院时间延长,住院费用增加.

Objective To know about the average hospitalization expense of persistent vegetative status patients (PVS) in the elderly care units of a community health service centre in Shanghai.Methods Retrospective investigation was taken for the PVS patients on the costs of various items during the hospitalization form 2005 to 2007.At the same time questionnaire survey was conducted among the patients' family members on the relative physiological problems of the patients.Results The average daily hospitalization costs of a patient was RMB 268 30 during the three years,a year-accumulated hospitalized time was 329 days,and a year-accumulated hospitalization costs was RMB 88 300.Conclusion The PVS elderly patients in elderly care units in Shanghai have a longer period of hospitalization,and their hospitalization costs increase.
